Kean is as liberal as any democrat. Pro-abort. Pro-homo. Pro-open-borders. Anti-gun. If you want to add a member to the Gang of 14, vote for Kean the Less.

There's a choice for Republicans in NJ. Don't let the party hacks force a candidate on us!

Yesterday Kean declared that he is for strong border security and against any type of amnesty for the illegal immigrants.

He's full of cr@p and is obviously scared of this issue with regards to his primary challenge. Here's where Kean stood just a week ago. (Excerpt from Ginty for Senate).

Kean endorsed the essential elements of the hollow plan being pushed by senators Ted Kennedy and John McCain. The Kennedy-McCain plan and Kean's comments yesterday endorse allowing million of illegal aliens to remain in the Unites States permanently, without having to first return to their home countries and apply for permission to legally enter the United States. Kean was unable or unwilling to support any specific elements of a border control plan. He voiced support for "a strict set of conditions, possibly including a $2,000 fine for violating U.S. law, paying back taxes and going to the back of the line to obtain legal status." (The Record, "Kean, Menendez Think Alike on Immigration", p. 3, May 9, 2006).

Kean failed to explain how illegal aliens "goes back to the end of the line" without having to first leave U.S. territory. Kean also came out in full support of a "guest worker" program, which is extremely unpopular with a significant portion of the Republican base."

Like most RINOs, Kean will apparently say anything that will help him get elected. Don't buy it for a second!

For lack of a better description, Kean is a liberal. If he wins, he's at best going to be a member of the Gang of 14.

Personally, I don't vote for liberals regardless of party.

This is a perfect example of how to deal with RINOs. Vote for a better candidate in the primary! If your "better" candidate wins, you won't have to hold your nose to vote for a Republican.

Even if your "better" candidate doesn't win, but makes a strong showing, it can provide leverage to make your Senator into "better" Senator when (if) he gets reelected.

That's a little naive when dealing with NJ. The liberal Republicans in NJ have shown time and again that they will actively work against a conservative Republican candidate. Witness the shameful display in 2001 where they publicly supported Jim "gay American" McSleezey over Bret Schundler--an excellent conservative.

In the battle for control of the NJ GOP, I will not give my vote to any liberal Republican. If they win, they'll just use their position to chase even more conservatives out of the party.

In the short term, electing a RINO might look attractive. In the long run, however, electing RINOs will end up forcing most conservatives out of the GOP--and truly leave us out in the wilderness.

Yeah, it is some message. Actually act like a conservative, or you don't get my vote. I'm a conservative before I'm Republican. If the pary is basically the same as the democrats, I will not vote for them.

There is one other republican in the primary. John P. Ginty. You'd have thought NJ Republicans would have learned their lesson from what happened with Brett Schundler in 2001.
