When asked about impeachment, she said something like, there will be investigations, who knows where they will lead? Well, that seals it then. Folks, she is the highest ranking democrat in the House and if the democrats take back the House there WILL be an "investigation" of the President that WILL lead to impeachment hearings at the least.
You can argue that it's all the republicans fault for being RINOs and not confronting the dems (and I'd say you're right), but it's still not something I'm going to allow happen if I can help it. So I'm going to vote republican and save them from themselves!
We need to stick together on this. The democrats are out to destroy this country just to get Bush. Pelosi has stated what will happen if she gets the gavel.

I happened to hear that interview between Kudlow and Hewitt. Thanks for posting the part about Larry's interview with the President.
Old media really does not have a chance of controlling news when such a great interview can get posted on the web so quickly, and then spread to all interested people.

You are correct, Bahbah. I saw a piece on local news here, KMOV I think, that said people were happy with the medicare plan. So it makes sense the Dems would want to get rid of it..

Wallace just said that Goss' resignation was "apparently forced". I've been out of the loop, is this true?

.; Sens. Joseph Biden, D-Del I will begin my comment with this observation that this guy should be shipped out on a boat to live in Iraq.
Where, as Hairplugs suggests, the country should be split into Sunni, Kurdish and Shiite portions.
Folks, even Biden-who would sell his grandmother for a vote- believes such a thing will ever work. He is simply playing to public concern over the progress of the war and hoping that us idiots who carry this country on our backs will hear the sound byte and say "Ah, that's the ticket".
I suggest Biden live in his newly created Sunni part of Iraq. Because for sure the Sunnis, once having held all the power, will be all nice and polite and not cause any trouble for any other portions of Biden's proposed Iraq.

Kudlow has his own radio show on WABC in NY. He spoke at length regarding his interview with the President.
Said that after the formal part of the interview he and President spoke for another 20 min. or so.
Nice to hear Larry say he knows the President for about twenty years.
You never hear Larry name dropping or bragging.
He's the best!

I loved his way of handling a Liberal caller about 15 minutes ago: The Lib started (as most do) into a diatribe, heaping poisoned-point after poisoned-point (most wrong) before asking his question........Kudlow (occassionally peering over his glasses into the camera while reading something, as if the caller was a distracting insect) kept saying, "There's a question in here somehere. There's a question in here somewhere."
*LOL*
I don't know if I dare change channels to watch Puglosee.

Agree about Larry Kudlow, I always read his columns, a brilliant thinker on economic matters, and a compelling life story.
I wish he would not say "Mr Bush" - it is like fingernails on a chalkboard to my ears.

A 'rat House will be signal to all our enemies to attack.

The Fox web site still lists Gilchrist and doesn't mention Biden, but all other sources have dropped Gilchrist and added Biden, specifically for Biden to talk about his "new Iraq plan."
I trust Brit and/or Charles K get a chance to reduce the plagiarist to a quivering mass of tears.

"I even saw a piece that said that 90% of those who have signed on love the program."I've just gone through this for my parents. It really is good for them. It's about as complex as buying car insurance. You should shop for a decent price, but you can also buy if from several sources (Blue Cross, Drug Stores, etc., with no hassle at all if you're willing to accept the first price with no shopping.

The liberals are going to go insane when they don't take over after the 2006 midterms. They believe that America is warming to their ideas and they will be apoplectic when they lose again. It will be fun to watch.

I wish everyone could have seen Bela Pelosi's presser last week. The reporters were really after her hide on the corruption issue. Mentioning the congressman from Louisiana, etc.
Pelosi continued to spout that all the corruption is the fault of the Republicans.
The reporters seem to despise Pelosi.

Arrogant politicians like McCain show why Congress desperately needs term limits.
Those opposed to term limits say we already have limiters. They are called elections. If you don't like a politician, vote him out.
The problem with that theory is that many of the election-related laws favor the incumbent over the contender. That creates an unfair playing field. Of course, the incumbent likes it. Look at what CFR has done for McCain and other incumbents. McCain even tried to get the FEC to extend CFR to the Internet websites and blogs; the FEC sided in favor of Free Speech rather than for McCain. But that hasn't stopped those politicians who feel the Internet is too wild, too open, too given to free speech -- so they continue to try to push through legislation to limit the Internet users and create a 'gatekeeper'.
Recall that just a week ago, McCain said on Imus that he would prefer a lesser corrupted government over First Amendment rights.
