Thanks!!! Great News...now what's in the works with Porter resigning? I know that he was knee deep at the CIA into much. I also know that job was a 24/7 assignment and he was wiped out. So...once he completed what he was sent there for....he resigned. I'm not believing those indicating this was all of a sudden.

From: John King - at hearing .. Libby said hello, beginning to learn about what case each hopes to present. Libby's team - it has every intention of calling Rove .. officially on the record that they plan to call him as witness.
Plans to call 5 witnesses who will testify that Wilson told openly discussing this with people.
Defense calling Wilson a habitual liar.
Will challenge the testimony of Mark Grossman -- he has a long-standing relationship with Wilson going back to college and they intend to challenge his credibility.
DumJoe Wilson's statement: the last I heard this case is about allegations that Mr. Libby lied and perjured himself before the GJ. Furthermore, the prosecutor has made it clear that several WH officials had a campaign of revenge against me.
JohnKing: Goss -- several weeks of tension between Negroponte and Goss. Contentious arguments .. policy not personal .. about duties of the CIA Negroponte wanted transferred out of the CIA. Goss disagreed, felt it would weaken the CIA. Negroponte then went to the WH to clear up the argument between the two and Bush chose Negroponte.

He must've had his spies in the courtroom calling him with every Libby defense statement about him .. and preparing his response. What'd it take? 5 mins. after the hearing news broke? Shows how gainfully engaged he is in a real life other than pimping his trophy and the book and movie. What a lowlife.
If he's not permitted by Fitz OR the judge to call EVERY SINGLE CONTRIBUTING WITNESS/ACCOMPLICE, I want this to go to SCOTUS .. the bald hubris to deny this defendant ANY potential exculpatory evidence is unbelievable. And you see how Fitz is redefining his case narrower and narrower as he's seeing the pit of crap he's in. I now hope he gets strangled by his own noose.
