I don't know for sure, but I seem to recall that. Good point. The same ACLU trash that manipulated these 9 simpletons will find a judge to rule that this thug has a right to a file in his cake.

Blind sheik's attorney carried terror messages to his followers. She was tried and convicted and still walks free for reasons known only to NYC.

Yes. Through his attorney. She was later charged with carrying messages from him to others outside the prison.
