"Believe this or not, I am a defender of the Second Amendment," Mr. Bloomberg said.

What part of "shall not be infringed" do you not understand you piece of %$#@.

"Believe this or not, I am a defender of the Second Amendment," Mr. Bloomberg said. "I see nothing wrong with people having guns. But that doesn't mean you can have a gun everyplace. And concealed weapons or even weapons out in the open in big cities, in city streets, does not make a lot of sense to me."

How can Bloomberg connect private ownership to the Second Ammendment, when all "progressive" jurists know that the Second Ammendment only protects the National Guard's right to keep and bear arms.

Megalomaniacs are always dangerous but when they start stomping on Constitutional Rights they can produce fatal results.

had a .22-caliber rifle, but I used it only at a range, and you know there's nothing wrong with that," the mayor said. "Part of my hearing's gone because of it."

Hearing loss from a .22?

Good afternoon.
""Part of my hearing's gone because of it."

What a crock. Bloomie should try 105 rounds impacting within 50 feet, or five M-16s and an M60 blasting away a few feet away from each other.

Talk about your old, tired, Marxist lies. Assuring that a banner will never come after hunting guns is probably the oldest, most dishonest trick in their bag. Sadly, many hunters buy the lie.

I predicted here that Bloomie would trip over himself running away from this once the queers and the ACLU started screeching about his involvement with the Scouts. It sure didn't take long for them to start whining to their Old Gray mouthpiece and get them to start the assault.

I think I already hear Bloomie lacing up his Nikes.

When he comes up here to New Hampshire beating the bushes for votes, we'll be sure to inform and educate him.

Had a firearm when he was 15 which is alright, but it is not alright for people to own firearms with children in the house.

Where did he keep his? His nutbag associates would classify 15 as a child.

A reading of the Second Amendment shows that the final two sentences of this paragraph do not agree with the first two.

Please pardon the redundant ping NY. After second thoughts, I figured this Bloomberg story should be shared with all.

Is Georgia's Immigration Bill a Step Forward or Back? What a dumb title!

Illegal Immigration Is Not a Civil Right

From time to time, I’ll ping on noteworthy articles about politics, foreign and military affairs. FReepmail me if you want on or off my list.

I agree with the mayor on one thing --- it is a good idea to stop illegal gun trafficking. But it is a bad thing to make decent citizens criminals who want to protect their families.
