We are hearing that reports of employers using illegal aliens or instances of illegal aliens engaged in criminal activity, have been responded to quickly by the new agency. Please note that it is unlikely that ICE will take any action against an illegal alien that is not employed illegally or engaged in some other sort of illegal activity.
The TOLL FREE number to report ILLEGAL aliens or those employing ILLEGAL aliens to ICE is: 866-347-2423
How it works:
You are not required to provide your identity to ICE. All that is necessary to request an investigation by ICE is mere suspicion of any activity by ILLEGAL aliens.
ICE and the IRS are especially interested in "visiting" those businesses that employ ILLEGALS "off the books" to avoid the payment of payroll taxes.
Small and large businesses are equally notorious in the hiring of ILLEGAL aliens to avoid paying fair wages to its workers and to criminally evade the collection and payment of payroll taxes.
We are interested in getting current information regarding how helpful or unhelpful the new agency has been in taking your information and following up on your complaint, so please drop us an email to keep us current.

FReepers, here is a chance to make a difference in this battle. The only thing that will stop the invasion is stopping the employers who hire illegal aliens.
Please use this thread to give us reports of what you are doing. We need to develop a list of those businesses who can prove that they do not hire illegal aliens. If, for instance, you have spoken with someone at a certain restaurant and can determine that the restaurant does not hire illegal aliens, let us know about it. Those in the area need to partronize that restaurant. Positive publicity needs to be generated for them for being good Americans.
If you have evidence (perhaps including photos) of a business that is hiring illegals, report it to the number above and give us a report. Please do your homework on this. Make sure you get it right.
This may or may not have a significant impact, but we can't just sit here and watch our nation and culture being destroyed. If we can do this enough times around the country and make sure we get publicity, we have the potential to do something really important here.

All the local Mexican restaurants around here don't even pay their waiters/waitresses, they just get tips only. That way they don't pay taxes and the owners don't pay for them at all.

I have always suspected that the same is the case in most Chinese restaurants I go too.

Place an ad in the paper: "SHEETROCK HANGERS NEEDED. APPLY IN PERSON AT 1234 OAK STREET, ANYTOWN, USA" Call the ICE to be there at the appointed time.............

No person will be employed at my company unless the person can complete a I-9 form with legitimate documents, which I copy and staple to the form.
Any talk of boycotting any company that employs I.A.'s?
We must be prepared to pay the price of what we are demanding. ... in my opinion, it is worth it. I imagine, in the long run (after the strain on all our systems is decreased, it will be financially beneficial to have all the illegals out of here).

States need to propose STRONG CONTROL legislation against the illegals and their employers since our traitor Senators gave them all they demanded.
We have a federal minimum wage and any employer paying below minimum needs to be turned into the authorities and fined.
During the summer and fall I buy my veggies at a local farm that I know doesn't hire illegals. It costs more but it helps the local economy.
RESTAURANT: Applebees - Montclair, CA
I have eaten there many times and spoke with the manager, telling him that I am making an effort to patronize businesses who do not hire illegal aliens. The manager told me that they check ID cards, green cards, and make them file I-9s. He cannot guarantee that someone might slip through with fraudulent documents. If they find out, that illegal will be gone - it is corporate policy. He told me they cannot risk facing the fine for hiring illegals. It seems like Applebees corporate execs get it.
Note: this seemed to work very well. As a customer, he wanted to continue having me come into his restaurant. He seemed to genuinely understand the concern. And, yes, is name was Jose.
You would be surprised how many legal immigrants from Mexico and other Hispanic countries are not happy about the illegals and are on our side.
Please call the farm, ask the question, and give them some good publicity here. Maybe others in the area will patronize them. Try to get an article in the local paper.
