He is right about Greg Hyamawitz's (sp) comment that not every one can help themselves. [Greg was off this am] Every one CAN help themselves. Perhaps, not everyone can succeed without a little help, but everyone is capable of helping themselves, if it is only by having a positive mental attitude.
My feeling is that GWB is also wrong when he says Mexicans take jobs Americans won't do. There should be no unemployment if there is a single job still unfilled.
Rant off: My keyboard is acting up and the second half is starting, so I am off.
