Bookmarked www.dcchapter.com just in case.
Hope to not have to use it.
Right back at you Victoria!
LOL!
Right back at you Victoria!
LOL!
I hope you are right.
I want my country back. Where did it go?
No, not lol
Freak out loud.
I know I'm gonna wake up any minute.
We live in scary times. We no longer have a party we can turn too.
Newsmax article:
"Grass-roots activists and bloggers insist there is little, if any, corruption in their respective and often overlapping realms. They ascribe ulterior, more sinister, motives to their would-be regulators. Zuniga believes they are motivated by a desire to quash grass-roots media because sites like Daily Kos and Red State threaten traditional bases of power. That belief is essentially the thesis for "Crashing the Gates," his new book and first foray into traditional publishing.
Zuniga reserves his strongest venom for House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. "This is intended to squash citizen media," he said. "Pelosi and company are complicit, no matter how much they lie about their intentions."
Wright believes at least one of the would-be regulators is animated by revenge. "John McCain has real issues with the grassroots," he explained. "This spans back to 2000 and I think he still holds a grudge against grass-roots America. "I've heard rumors saying Senators are for this because they say they're tired of hearing from these grass-roots groups," he said.
Our Senators are tired from hearing from people. Great.
McCain thinks he can win without conservatives.
Thinks he is middle of the road enough to siphon off the moderate Democrats.
Hello, Gypsy-girl...
Are you following this?
Thanks.
1. A joke (not to my taste)
2. A stimuls to act in in opposition to these 1st Amend. threats
3. Our host is not, at the moment, in control of his faculties (This would include the possibility that this is a real response to legal necessity. Capt. Quegg might notify his boat with this kind of terse, cryptic message but no way a rational host would pull the plug, even if required, without a bit more explanation to everyone.)
The party is fine
It's just a few in the party that are a pain in the rear
You can start by calling and writing your reps. Also, make sure your torches and pitchforks are handy and in good working order. They may be needed.
Jim
Jim,
Panic aside, what exactly are the affects of CFR and pending legislation upon Free Republic? Is FR subject to the 30/60 day advertising exclusions in CFR?
Tom
Jim,
As a California trial court research attorney, I suspect you are alarmist. Who the hell is giving you legal advice?
Thanks. So correct, when ever you follow the money trail it leads to guess who. Interesting that his name is spelled the same backwards and forwards. I'll just stop there. Think about it.
I mean what did you do during that outage a few days ago????
