As you already know, follow the money. I don't have an answer yet but am willing to believe there is more to the port deal than has come out so far. As for the Democrats, it did not matter what the issue was. They are more than willing to simply oppose anything Bush supports and if they are not stopped right away they try running with it.
Yeah, in January, I re-upped my annual RNC membership, but I'm really upset with the bunch of them. And I really don't know how to communicate it without at the same time taking away our viability for November. But, the lastest action of the Congresscritters is as close to cowardice in battle as I can remember...

Raster, I'm not going to refight the battle, and NO ally gets their way 100% of the time. But when Iran is fixin' to blow and they have the strategic position, I think allowances ought to be made...
Since the liberals are so firmly in place you may be right. But, Aurora, Arapahoe county and the Cherry Creek School system is more conservaive than others, such as Denver, so there's still hope Bennish will be out on his ear. There are a lot of people weighing in on this here.
