As you already know, follow the money. I don't have an answer yet but am willing to believe there is more to the port deal than has come out so far. As for the Democrats, it did not matter what the issue was. They are more than willing to simply oppose anything Bush supports and if they are not stopped right away they try running with it.
When it was first announced in the Senate yesterday that the deal with DPWorld had been made that they would "drop it"...so to speak...
One of my first posts, facetiously, was that we better pay attention to who financially profits by this ....and I suggested that we watch the Clintons..since they have already made money...
But, since they were on both sides of the issue....look for them to profit off this deal...maybe with Schmuckie??
