Witherspoon was beautiful,Nicholson was bad to the bone that we love.
"Bear eats idiot, lives happily ever after."
LOL, sadly, I take it, not so. too bad about the gfriend though. Still, it should have gotten a nom., definately.
Too bad. I wonder how they knew for sure which bear to shoot. Also, seems that if the bear had developed a taste for eco-loonies he should have been captured and released in California.
In an earlier time a movie like The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe might have been in the Best Picture category. But times have changed : ( And yes, Clooney gave new definition to the word "Egomaniac."
Nicholson is conservative? Is it Jack we're talking about?
LOL.
"How do you feel about hunting now?"
Tried to watch it, but it put me to sleep, within the first 15 minutes. It's a sure cure for insomnia.
Two bears got shot.
Well, I know for sure that they found his remains in one of their bellies.
The Penguins, or Grizzly Man?
The bigger one. But there were two bears loitering near the camp when they went in, so they shot both of them.
You're out of your mind!! Grizzly man? give me a break. I shut it off after the first 10 minutes and was really happy later to find out that the bear ate this A-hole
I love penguins...I think they're adorable.
I really like shows about animals and birds and fish.
I was really looking forward to seeing the movie, but it was BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRING!
I think "Grizzly Man" has a right-wing message to it. Unless most documentaries, it actually DISAPPROVES of the main character and what he's doing. The message is that he was a foolish left-winged loonie idealist, who ultimately paid the price for his absurd beliefs and reckless endeavors.
A few weeks ago I started the 2-week NetFlix free trial. The first three movies I ordered included Lord of War. I was disappointed to open the envelope and see March of the Penguins slide out. Well, what the heck, it was free, so I popped it in. I was pleasantly surprised. It was an excellent film, as well as the hour-plus feature on the making of the film. I had no idea what those birds went through just to make more. I highly recommend it.
"BrokeBack" got only One!
I find hidden humor in which one...
Original Score!
Chronic-What?! cles of Narnia should have got a special mention.
Can you elaborate on that a bit?
There are rules, you know...
It was a strategic retreat, but they still "poisoned the well" by giving Clooney the oscar.
Just so he'll continue to pump out the trash.
