I suppose on this thread it goes without saying, but I'll say in anyway...BOYCOTT THE OSCARS tonight.
I want the ratings for this year's program go into the toilet (where most the nominated movies belong). I won't waste my money to see the films, my electricity to watch the Oscars, or my time watching to witness Hollywood's self-adulation fest.
Pass it on...
And probably happy.
Ishtar ranks up there as one of the worst ever.
I'm pretty sure they're still together. Matthew probably decided he'd rather drink a six-pack and watch at home.
Um no, the latest is she dumped Matthew McConahey (sp).
There have been way too many montages tonights.
Selma who? Alabama?
I've been so out of movies. I've lived here about 3 years and never went to the dollar theater. In fact, never went to any theater other than to see SW and Team America. Saw Harry Potter this past week for $1.75. Even though concessions were regular price, that is cheaper than video for me. I'll probably go back and see Kong.
Oh..I was thinking they have dry mouths from taking uppers...(That's why they are all so skinny :)
sw
None of this year's films were successful.....
I don't know if Cruz dumped McConaughy. I heard he has a history of dating his leading ladies though.
Why go see Harry and Kong when they're practically out on DVD. I know Harry comes out this Tues and Kong ain't far behind in release on video I believe.
Hollywood revenues are down in the theaters. The theme tonight is go to the movies and don't settle for the DVD. Unfortunately, Hollywood is part of the old media. Home theaters, big screen TVs, etc are the future.
You said it before Stewart.
Stewart is making fun of all the montages and clips.
lol.
Priceless.
You know what he likes about those leading ladies? He keeps getting older and they stay the same age. Yes they do, yes they do.
That's the same as her. She has a habit of dating her leading men and she did dump him.
I just told Mr. Inspectorette that when I was about eight years old (in the early fifties), I saw her in a movie, and wanted to look just like her when I grew up...oh, well...I grew up average-looking, but she was gorgeous!
