It's all done. IF Congress had the votes they would kill it this week. By agreeing to the 45 day re-rereview, the Congress indicates they don't have the votes to kill it and merely need a face saving gimmick, like on the Patriot Act. The Port Deal is done and the Port Deal Hysterics have all ready lost.

I missed a good part of the Snow show this a.m. This is the first time I've heard that this poll was rigged (although being from CBS I always question it). I don't trust anything from them.
