The temperature on the street had dropped to minus three and the homeless stood in knots of two or three, blowing on their hands to relieve the bitter cold, as plastic bowls of steaming soupe au cochon were prepared.
piissss
Stupid is as stupid does.
Angry protesters retort, however, that they are deliberately offering ham sandwiches and soup made of pork to discriminate against Muslims and Jews who cannot eat the meat for religious reasons. The groups behind the soup kitchens are not formally linked, but they are associated with an ultra Right-wing organisation called Bloc Identitaire.
How Dare the French Serve French Food in their French Soup Kitchens, those cads!!!! (said with much sarcasm)
I just wish the French had a backbone and common sense.
Chantal Spieler, the blonde serving soup in Strasbourg as president of the charity Solidarité Alsacienne, was defiant. Good for you Chantal, May God Bless you!
You misspelled "piss". It's time for Allah to die.
All fixed. More better.
My thoughts exactly. If the French government doesn't even understand that, then they are in a lot deeper merde than I thought before.
And, interesting how Jews are included to make it seem fair and balanced. To quote Homer Simpson: "Wrong again, liberal media".
We had to explain to our 8 year old that people didn't know any better then. People didn't realize how dangerous smoking was to themselves and the people around them.
My hope is that someday (soon)the Muslim people will realize how dangerous their behavior is to themselves and to the rest of mankind.
Even worse...
I think...that even with hot dogs...there's still an essence of the meat's flavor that is detectable.
The babelicious soup lady

Maybe one day the sand people will figure this out.

(And if it was a race, the Middle East lost it long ago)
Yeah, I know. It barely qualifies as a religion. It's more of a political affiliation. I don't know too many religions that call for the eradication and subjection of "all things non-[muslim]" in this case.
[2.193] And fight with them until there is no persecution, and religion should be only for Allah
[4.89] They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah's way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.
[4.95] The holders back from among the believers, not having any injury, and those who strive hard in Allah's way with their property and their persons are not equal
[8.39] And fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should be only for Allah; but if they desist, then surely Allah sees what they do.
It's right out of their own religious book, and that's just a sample. Yet, the west carries on as if they can't read or under notions that this means nothing to all muslims.
We share in that hope, but I dare say that if they haven't figured it out in a millenium and a half, well, then I wouldn't wager the farm that it'll happen in the next half a millenium.
I believe that many muslims are apostate, just as many Catholics, Jews, et al. are also not particularly adherent to "their" religion. But while we call them, who are peaceful, the "radical" muslims, we miss that one altogether. They're the radical ones. The ones carrying out the commands of the Koran are the true muslims.
The problem is that the West simply refuses to read and believe what the Koran says. And we're not talking all 114 chapters. A quick peruse through the first 10 paint the picture quite clearly.
