Of those listed, I would choose Allen but I'm not thrilled with the list of prospects.

Rice, Pence and Allen, in that order.

Giuliani has a problem with being a bit to the left of most Republican voters. Gingrich has too much baggage. And, I'll just puke if McCain or Frist gets the nod.

Haley Barbour.

He's conservative, he gets it politically, and he's the governor of Mississippi. He had that state back up and running after the hurricanes while LA was still trying to figure out how best to separate US taxpayers from US tax dollars.

I don't know if anyone on your list has the "stones" to be President. If we are pooling from the Senate for the nominee, then Tom Coburn beats them all by a longshot!
