Honor Our Troops | Thank you for your service!!!! | We Support Our Troops

We Support Our Troops!  For the freedom you enjoyed yesterday... Thank the Veterans who served in The United States Armed Forces.

Love Pictures
No greater love hath a man than to give his life for his friends.

FR CANTEEN MISSION STATEMENT:  Showing support and boosting the morale of our military and our allies military and the family members of the above. Honoring those who have served before.

On Valentine's Day, we celebrate love.  Usually we celebrate the love between a man and a woman.  However, there are many faces of love, and I believe that our men and women who serve or have served in our armed forces are  the epitome of love.  The sacrifice, the caring, the hardships--they endure all because they believe in our country, they believe in defending her people, and they believe in the rights for which our forefathers fought so adamantly.  I dedicate this thread to recognizing the faces of love that these fine folks show to us in so many ways.  God bless each of them.

More faces of love

Valentine's Day would not be complete without some good ol' love songs.  Click on the pictures and enjoy the tunes!  Here's to loving and being loved!

Nora Jones
 "Come Away With Me"

Ed Ames
 "My Cup Runneth Over"

Charlie Rich
"Behind Closed Doors"

Patsy Cline
"I Fall to Pieces"

Ella Fitzgerald
"My Funny Valentine"

Elvis Presley
"Can't Help Falling in Love"

Ray Connif Singers,

Good morning, GB. Glad she liked it. I was thinking about you all day during the east coast snow storm. How was it at your house? Issues?

Hi Ma

Thanks. No trouble from snow. I was pleased it was windy because I didn't want a heavy snow to hurt any landscape. Last year, I had a time with that. We lost electric but thankfully, for only an 1.5 hour.

Our only snow so far this season, Booboo played non stop in the snow. :)

I keep meaning to ask you. Any more activity from the volcano?

Still making noise, erupted again a bit ago, being watched closely. Fortunately, no ash has gotten this far, and no land area has had much problem. Alot of the ash has fallen into the water. Good. Glad you had reasonable weather.

You must be tired. I hope your work schedule is getting better. :) I can't imagine the concern over a volcano. I'm so glad it's far enough away from you that there is no immediate concern. Thankful the ash has not been serious trouble for anyone.
