I blame the terrorists. The Super Bowl is not the event it was because people are afraid. So, they are timid to put the big show on.
ABC even has to buy their own ads.
The officials have stunk in the game though.

seattle ball! a break.....

Maybe I'm blind too - no dog in this game - but I think the refs have been like the UN vis-a-vis Israel. Anytime they rule it is for the Palis.

This is THE WORST officiating I've seen in a really long time. I was just thinking that...this is the worst ref'd super bowl ever and one of the worst ref'd games I've very seen.

This game is so obviously fixed you'd think Mike Tyson was in it. No kidding...I'm not a fan of either team, but it looks like the 'fix' is in for the Steelers.

Okie dokie! I understand your feelings. Being from the East and a diehard Bengals fan, I am pulling for the Steelers. But, in all fairness, the refs are just plain bad.

Holding happens on every play, everybody knows that. The question is did the hold EFFECT the play, and in this case the hold kept the defender from the QB allowing him to make a pass we otherwise wouldn't have, so the hold needed to be called.

I don't care who wins. I just want the points to come out in my favor...either way.
I'm a Denver fan :-)

Are the seattle fans are whining like big babies. Some here sound like DU after Bush won in 2004: "it was stolen!" Steelers winning, fair and square.
Try again next year Seahawks!

I just don't see that in the game the way some do, but I don't have a team I am rooting for.

Yes, the ref got it right. Probably didn't see the touch by the Steeler player on the field call.
To: TheBigB
If they don't overturn the fumble call, I'll be convinced that the refs were bought off by the Steelers.
To: Tall_Texan
Steelers paid good money for a fixed game..A win is a win!!

Michaels was wrong about when he was down. His knee touched before his elbow.
