Actress Sharon Stone has slammed the US saying that it is not doing enough to help those suffering from AIDS. Stone is disgusted by the lack of support for even American victims of the disease and condemns the US for dismissing the disease as an African problem only, contactmusic.com reported. She says: There is this feeling that AIDS has gone away and it hasnt. In downtown Los Angeles there are two whole streets of homeless people with AIDS who have no access to drugs. A child dies of AIDS every minute, and theyre not all in Africa.
The United States spends half of total dollars on the Global AIDS fight. More then all other UN members COMBINED.
Bono already gave Bush praise for doing so much for Aids.
Hmm, I wonder why this particular tidbit has raised my BS alarm?
US slams Stone and Hollywood for inciting behavior that leads to Aids.
US slut, Sharon Stone is know for spreading her legs before the camera, for a film shown to millions world-wide.
SS has made a career out of one shot of crossing her legs.
"In downtown Los Angeles there are two whole streets of homeless people with AIDS who have no access to drugs. "
Its YOUR backyard, miss stone, WHAT are YOU doing about it.
Afterall you have MILLIONS tucked away in your bank account.
cAN YOU SAY gAY lOBBY?
keep it zipped....tell your hollywood nancy boy friends to zip it up....dont be a friggen pig and you WONT get AIDS!!!
Whenever I want an explanation of international events, I turn to Sharon Stone.
Is she Oliver Stones' kid?
Everyone has AIDS!

C'mon everybody we got quilting to do (AIDS AIDS AIDS AIDS AIDS)
We gotta break down these baricades, everyone has
AIDS! x 20
Don'tcha know, she has done her part just by raising awareness... She doesn't actually have to give them any, you know, money.
Besides, they would much rather raid the Federal Treasury. That's where the big bucks are!
That settles it, then!
Guess who just doesn't care?
Moi, that's who.
This is purely political spin.
It's widely known (even Bobo has admitted as such) that her boy, Clinton, only paid lip-service to the African AIDS problem, so what she's doing is spinning the issue.
Bet your bottom-dollar that had Bush been percieved as less generous on African AIDS, she would not have said a peep about the AIDS problem here.
Another imbecile Lefty moving the goalposts.
First off, she's not distinguishing GOVERNMENT aid from other aid. If a private hospital, often a Catholic or other religiously-affiliated one, offers therapeutic or hospice care to AIDS victims, that isn't reflected in a state or federal government spending allocation.
Second, although AIDS is an important concern, total spending on its treatments FAR outstrips spending on most other diseases on a per-patient basis, per-death basis and most other measures.
What a nitwit.
only if it came from clintoon who by the way gave alot less$, so then it is Bushs fault
you know the rules, pix please
Another dumb blonde speaks her mind.
What an idjit! I believe the bulk of research money nowadays is being used to find vaccines, etc. for this disease. I'd like to know what homosexual activist groups are doing to help their own who are afflicted with AIDS. After all, the activity they promote is the direct cause of the vast majority of AIDS cases in this country.
