From DiFi's office:
Senator Feinstein to Vote No on Cloture for the Nomination of Judge Samuel Alito to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court
Washington, DC U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) today announced that she will vote no on cloture regarding the nomination of Judge Samuel A. Alito, Jr. to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court.
Based on a very long and thoughtful analysis of the record and transcript, which I tried to indicate in my floor statement yesterday, Ive decided that I will vote no on cloture.
I checked out the thread....the yes is he will vote yes on Alito. He hasn't changed his mind.
Thanks. I remeber seeing a poll in the last couple of weeks and that was the one.
No, DiFi isn't one of the Gang of 14. Here they are:

What did Allen say?
Thanks mylife.I just the TV on and fox has a walmart story on :(
link?
LOL Allen said to Kerry "Go Ahead, Make my Day". I'm serious! LOL
...according to an anonymous post on DU.
On one hand, I'm a bit concerned that the DUmmies are so motivated and burning up the phone lines. On the other, I'm fairly certain this is fait accompli
He says go ahead "make my day" we will use the constitutional option.
He also says he doesnt believe the Ried and co will go through with it, since the last time they had a major obstructionist (daschle) he became an ex obstructionist and we picked up 4 seats L0L
Didn't he say that before? I've worried that when it came right down to it, when it finally reached the "put-up or shut-up" moment, that Frist, et al., would wimp out. We'll see. It won't surprise me if they wimp out and once again turn a sure victory into a defeat.
Thanks mylife.
I think there will be enough crossover voting to insure confirmation with 60 votes. That way all the moonbat "heat" will be focused on the turncoats, and deflected from the DEM party as a whole.
They'll draw straws sometime before the vote. Meanwhile, it's better for them to keep the position secret. It makes for better drama.
Do you know if a vote against Alito would hurt Menendez?
I don't think the vote, either way, will be a decisive factor in his race. He'll vote the way DEM leadership tells him to vote.
Heck it just ended :( so sorry fatima
I think you nailed it. The Dems are shaking the money tree.
Wow...a Republican leading in NJ?
(((Hugs))) You tried.
Certainly. No way in hell he would go nuclear without an actual filibuster.
