Who's the father? Apparently, Brad Pitt. My wife says the only reason Angelina is with him is because she wanted to have a pretty baby, and the thought of having one fathered by Billy Bob Thornton was just unthinkable.

Who says there isn't a God?....Thune was the only candidate who could have beaten Daschle..and it Deeply Saddened hadn't played dirty with the votes on the Indian reservations...he'd still be the minority leader of the Dems..

When Angelina has the kid, she'll dump Brad for her lesbian lover.

Kerry, in Davos, Switzerland, to attend the World Economic Forum, was marshaling support in phone calls during the day, Henry said. Ummm .. wasn't he just on the Senate Floor speaking yesterday???
He had to fly all the to Switzerland to announce this???
Ummm why didn't he do it yesterday?

I am not down on Jolie herself...SHE has gone to some of the more godforsaken countries...to try to help...
I was referring mainly to the "celebrity" part of it...and I dare say that she fits BOTH bills...
But, I know the rest of the celebrity elite attendees will have FAR fewer credentials...and they will probably shake their fingers at America under Bush as the unfeeling, uncaring country they think we are...
AND, Kerry and THeerrrrrrrrrazza will be applauding with them...
BTW..how in the heck could anyone take a call for a filibuster SERIOUS...if that person is in DAVOS hobnobbing...instead of in Washington doing the dirty work???
Kerry STILL doesn't get it, does he??

Thursday, January 26, 2006 KERRY THE BRAVE [Byron York] From a Senate source: Kerry's call for a filibuster comes after his leadership, that is, Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, decided there won't be one. In other words, Kerry was making a brave, Kos-friendly pronouncement in the total confidence that a filibuster will never happen. And now, word is, he is off to Davos to continue what some Republicans are calling a "filibluster." Posted at 04:45 PM

I found this over on Red State.. on Kerry's filibluster
The only thing that makes this better is that he's launching the filibuster from Europe. And also, that everyone knows his mission is doomed before it begins. CNN pontificates:
Some senior Democrats said they are worried that the move could backfire.
Numnuts is about to shoot his party in both feet.....LOL!

He's phoning in the filibuster from the slopes. I think even Lurch knows its hopeless, but doesn't want to risk losing the ''support'' from the DUmpster!
