"I can give you my answer, but I can't understand it for you".
LOL. I will have to remember that one. :)
Got dog and two cats - I still had a mouse --- Somebody isn't doing their job

And there's a NewsMax article right now on FR that JFK's Georgetown house had racial covenants placed on it. Joe Biden had property that had racial covenants placed on it too. But there are clearly different rules for Rats.
My guess is leahy thought he could turn this thing around. Too bad he never understood that "stop now before you make a bigger fool of yourself" could apply to him.
Will not watch msnbc, but thanks :)
And Leahy is the senator who wanted MORE time? What FOR?
---
they were probably praying for somthing to be found in those files. Hence the request for time if they found some odd circumstance.
they found nothing though.
ARGH! Have I mentioned lately that I HATE the MSM? If they're gonna talk about the stupid stuff that my senator has done, they should at least talk about the stuff that really happened not twist around an event that I was actually proud of him for.
Me too. When O'Connor announced her retirement all of the talk was about the need to replace her with a woman. All of that talk was silenced with Miers. Now we get this absolutely phenomenal jurist we would have otherwise overlooked due to his gender.
Sometimes I wonder if President Bush plans ALL of these things or some of them are just happy coincidences.
Biden the blowhard and Dianne the Feind are up next.
I heard Sen. Specter say at the end of first day that in light of polls concerning Congress, these hearings had been good for both the public and the Congress. That they showed them working long hours and asking a lot of questions. I just couldn't believe that he said that. A glimmer of truth about what this is really all about.
To delay and drag this out more and prove that Dems are mindless idiots???
I think talking about cats torturing mice is a socially acceptable way to release all our desires we get watching these pathetic Dem Senators.
Oh, Leaky is troubled. Good gravy.
Senator Leahy, your time is up.
Dan Abrams on MSNBC said 'is this what Leahy wanted extra time for?' He's puzzled too.
What are you talking about? Lindsey Graham has actually done well in these hearings.
Order is indefinite, what Specter laid out was: "20 minutes for Senator Biden, 10 minutes for Senator Feinstein, 10 minutes for Senator Durbin. And my expectation is we will not have a great deal of time for Senator Kohl. I'm not sure about Senator Feingold."
I suspect Kennedy will not take any time today. He's been beat, both by his fishing expedition on the Rusher papers, and on his character attack related to Vanguard. Kennedy's done excpet for objecting yet again from the floor of the Senate.
I was enroute from work when Graham was up so I missed it. Wasn't he apologizing for the vile behavior of the Dims on the committee when Mrs. Alito had to leave the room?
An article on FR now that Judiciary Committee staffers spent hours going through Rusher's boxes of correspondence and they have found absolutely zero to tie Alito to CAP.
Anderson (Oh my gosh, they're Cannibals!) Cooper?
