I know. I heard her.
What she SHOULD have said, is that, I am disappointed that my guys, after reading their staff-fed questions, and hearing Alito bury their questions with his brilliant responses, were too STUPID to know what to say next.
And then she should have said, "I'm becoming a Republican now, because they're the ones with brains." :)

if there indeed is a bar named "The Gym"? "If there is it's probably a gay bar.

My guess is that Kennedy's brain is so pickled that he gets fed a LOT of information and lines from his staff.Kennedy probably hasn't had an original thought in decades. Remember how the left used to scream about how Ronald Reaagan was just a puppet and a figurehead? Kennedy once again proves just how much of what they accuse others of is projection.

She's trying to set a pattern that the water case is a 'stare decisis' precedent, then she'll link that back to ROE, just wait.
Sorry, DI, no "AHA!" moment for you here, move along.

but can anyone seriously imagine Harriet Miers surviving this kind of experience -- with or without notes? Cornyn and Bush are a couple that come to mind.

I swear, everything the left complains about that we're doing, I just KNOW they are the ones doing. They project all their own bad behavior onto Republicans.

Now she wants to preserve wetlands--maybe for the swimmer's sake.
To: Peach
Yeah he made a fortune trading with the Chinese Commies..Including Automatic Rifles discovered in some of their deals...Weird given her aversion to the automatic guna and what with them being illegal at the time...Guess running them isnt illegal if your wife is a seniletor. Lets just say a lot of dirty money earned on both ends of that family.

In a way I think Miers would have been fine because a woman being tough with a woman isn't seen in the same light as man/woman. In other words, Alito has to walk on eggshells with DiFi whereas Miers might have been a bit gruffer, as she most certainly deserves.
But happily, we'll never know.
To: CharlesWayneCT
Several of the dems have tried that today and Alito spelled the difference out between appeals and SC for them very slowly. These people are an embarrassment.
To: Lizarde
She ain't gonna find any wetlands betwix her legs....
