Schumer thinks rules are made for other people. The entire Democrat leadership thinks rules are made for other people--for us, the hoi polloi, the benighted, who they believe should be grateful for their leadership and not dare to question or disagree with them.

Just called Specter's office. Told them I wish Arlen could have used the gavel ON Teddy.

Great point...
This is, after all, a hearing of a potential Supreme Court justice...
And Teddy is hanging his hat on "getting" Alito over comments/articles written in a newspaper for an organization that any looney-tunes could write for...
and EXPECT that to be "EVIDENCE" that he is a sexist and racist???
Duh...what part of this is not making sense??

In the early 80s we were near the Charlottesville area of Virginia. It was common knowledge that Jack Kennedy had gone around town around the time Teddy finished up at University of Virginia and paid off a lot of uh... debts... yeah, that's the ticket. Wow.

I can hardly catch up. Did they go to lunch? I can't believe how long they grilled Alioto yesterday. I was on a long drive and heard Mark Levin going to LIVE sections of Chucky Cheese Schumer's questioning. I couldn't believe they went on for this many hours. How about court's adjourned until tomorrow. Did they give Alito a dinner break? I thought it was like a tag team trying to bring Alito down.
I've got to get some things done. Will be listening to Rush & checking in for the great blow by blow here.

I never saw that one coming.

tell fatty to take it and stick it?
Ted wants another delay so they can find some loser from this CAP group who will say that it's full of racists and bigots.
I hope Specter will deny it but with his track record and their unexplainable desire for "comity" he might give fatty another chance.

The blond lady? I see her. She seems quite intent.

I'm very reliably informed that William Rusher made all of his CAP records at the Library of Congress available to the New York Times weeks ago. So much for Kennedy's Last Stand.

Oh the blond was sooo disappointed yesterday. Complaining that the dems didn't do their homework and there were no follow ups.
What has happened to FNC?
