Graham is doing a great job. "I believe we are in a state of undeclared war!"
Has anyone read Blankley's "The West's Last Chance?"

One of the court blogs...I think Confirm Them is wondering why Feingold asked about the White House coaching Alito...every nominee since the country was formed has had help being sheparded thru the process.

Alito is starting to get tired of the vanguard crap. Not that this has been answered already. Perhaps he should try Tony Blair's stock answer:
"I refer the right honorable gentleman to the answer I gave previously..."

Dems are considering cancelling the third day of questions and going with the panels..

Feingold is not a moderate..I don't care how they try to dress him up.

I was googling for Feingold's voting record and found this instead.
The ticket and supporting cast proposal was so funny I lost my train of thought..

Forgetting that when you point the finger at someone, their are four other fingers pointing back at you. Actually there are three. The thumb is probably pointing down, slightly forward, to the side, or up. To get the thumb pointing back at you requires some rather painful contortion.
To: Cboldt
What do you think of Graham's line of questioning. It seems to me he is not advancing the Alito cause, but rather is trying to advance his own political positions on some things under consideration in the Congress. I am not liking this very much. He's trying to get Alito to carry HIS water, it seems to me.

One of the court blogs...I think Confirm Them is wondering why Feingold asked about the White House coaching Alito...every nominee since the country was formed has had help being sheparded thru the process. The allegation is that the administration is coaching on the specific subject of how to answer NSA/FISA questions. A twofer, if you will, tar the nominee and tar the administration with one question in one venue.

Has anyone read, Blankley's "The West's Last Chance."Nope but I hope that he is at CPAC so I can get an autographed copy.

I must admit that Graham is doing quite well. He is setting things up great for Bush on the FISA thing. The Dems are having a VERY bad day. But like Hume said, anything can happen.
