Yeah, the explanation is kind of odd, but then again, so is the novel. Very interesting though.

Schumer is on now saying that "we don't know any more now, than we knew before". A simple untruth. What he means is: "we don't know any more now, than we knew before" about how we are going to defeat this nominee.

Judge Napolitano on FOX just said that he was a BOARD member of CAP..and it NEVER lobbied to reduce the number of women & minorities. There just isn't much left to the DEM charges.
CAP - under the bus
Rybar - under the bus
FISA - under the bus
Vanguard - under the bus
That won't stop them from repeating the same old tired song. Feingold's turn in the barrel. Starts off with FISA.

Why would Brit say such a thing?
To: beyond the sea
Did you say 'intelligent'?
Well dammit, I guess that should knock me out of the running.

Def, def, def do you remember the filibuster compromise?
Do you remember that some time recently Graham appeared with McCain and McCain inferred that there might be a future for Graham as a VP?
It's great that he's coming to the plate now, but sheesh, why did he bail before? And it's not so easy to trust him now.

Thanks for the luck, but as mentioned above, she is supposedly really smart. This would significantly effect my chances.

Sounds like Judge Andrew has started backing away from the edge. He has been pretty critical of everything Bush for a while now.

Lindsey does just fine when McPain is not around and Senator Sessions sits behind him poised to smack him in the head should he foul up! :)

I agree. It's nice that he can act like a conservative in the hearings but if he ditches it as soon as the hearings end, I'm not going to like him any more than I do now.

LOL! Sorry I did mean from the filibuster compromise only, not literally.
BTW Here in MA, it was joked that Harvard voted for Clinton twice to get Robert Reich out of the University. :-)
