who knows?? I am not privy to their private conversations
"He and his cronies gave to both parties. He and his wife's contributions aren't the issue here. More than $3 million was given to Democrats, including 90% of the D's in the Senate."
Good point. And I'll hazzard a guess that most of the illegal activities involved Democrats. "Congressman #1", as mentioned in the indictment, is most likely Dorgan or Reid.
The party of Tammany Hall will never change their corrupt ways.
Tonk you finally figured it out, Thank God.
Thanks Fishy.

Congressman #1 is Representative Bob Ney of Ohio. This is known because the Abramoff plea arrangment specifies an entry put into the Congressional record by an unnamed Congressman but it was Ney who put that entry in the Record.
Tony Rudy, a former aide to Congressman Tom DeLay is also easily identified in the plea agreement even though he isn't named. Rudy worked with Abramoff to have an internet gambling bill killed in Congress. That event is mentioned as another example of Abramoff's crimes. Who Abramoff may have bribed to stop the internet gambling bill is unknown at this time.
*crickets chirping*
not surprising considering the way this site has been taken over. I've been doing a little reading and Abramoff is just about who I figured he was. For shame for shame Israel. It's not nice to try and take down another government just because they pressure you to move out of settlements.
Hold it right there, Missy! How come you can take his bet but you can't take my bet on pre-Iraq war statements? Is it because you're a chickendove, or just because you know I'll expose you as a liar?
Seems to me like I'm...
