Well, you know that dashboard saint only work if your vehicle is Catholic; sometimes evangelical, but definitely NOT Jewish. You want REAL mechanical problems? Plant your St. Christopher on the dash of a Kosher Chevy.

Also, even if you've got a proper Catholic vehicle with a properly installed dashboard saint, you still have to freshen 'em up, once in awhile. Can't let the thing get all cracked and yellowed in the sun; it ain't respectful and will surely lead to problems.

I bought the truck from a Catholic, and he was kind enough to include a pewter saint. It seems to be in a constant state of prayer, so I'm not going to look a gift saint in the mouth. Besides: He said it was guaranteed for life.

Well, I AM a charming guy. I was away for about 45 minutes talking with I.T.; Happy Holidays from Hackers'R'US, the latest huge Windows vulnerability...

So, I'm away for awhile and y'all crank out 80-some posts. Mea culpa. I'm still at work.

I'm not a legalist about it

Government shouldn't dictate what is good for you - it's up to the individual.

LOL! Now, THERE'S the punchline to a really funny joke; hopefully NOT also involving a) Tinkerbell, or b) Natalee Holloway.

Winning the War on Terror

The war on terror can be won, but not through the normal physical means. Somehow, the inner universal forces of the ether must be employed. Now everyone has heard how G'utire accomplished this at the battle of Shigert through the Prayer of Zambish, and the documentation for this is fairly convincing. However, there is no other documented evidence of this occurring. Furthermore, this approach has been known to unleash the Disruption of Crabged, which is extremely counterproductive. The only efficient means of accomplishing the goal will be the Ritual of Haggeris COMBINED with the Prayer of Frassser. This is extremely...

What's "really funny?"

Some days, funny is hilarious, and other days, funny is "eh..."
