The war on terror can be won, but not through the normal physical means. Somehow, the inner universal forces of the ether must be employed. Now everyone has heard how G'utire accomplished this at the battle of Shigert through the Prayer of Zambish, and the documentation for this is fairly convincing. However, there is no other documented evidence of this occurring. Furthermore, this approach has been known to unleash the Disruption of Crabged, which is extremely counterproductive.
