I don't know about enhancing testosterone, but French food definitely lowers it.

It helps to provide the body with HGH precursors - I used the amino acids arginine, ornithine, and tryptophan in my strength training days. The latter isn't available widely anymore due to a manufacturing error in the 90's which resulted in a mild side-effect: death. Some people...

Androstenedione

"Androstenedione is produced from DHEA in the body. It is said to be a direct testosterone precursor in the metabolic pathway from cholesterol through pregnenolone to DHEA to androstenedione to testosterone. The finding that blood serum androstenedione substantially increases from oral intake was important. For example, one possible outcome from taking oral androstenedione might have been no appreciable increase in blood serum levels."

This isn't the place to ask this question.

I suggest posting to about a hundred popular Internet forums and in each post include your email address.

Within about a week you'll get thousands of emails a day with "ehlpfull sugggestions".

One of the most important things you can do to increase testosterone is to loose weight. Males tend to absorb estrogen in the fat cells.

Now here is a statement I'll get flamed for:

I lost 35 pounds on the Atkins Diet and my testosterone went up from 325 to 455 in 9 months and blood presure and cholestrol was down too. So based on my experience losing weight and high protien helps the process.

There are many problems for middle-aged men with low testostrone so it is something to attend to.

Maca, moreso the red than black or yellow, has been believed by herbalists to increase testosterone levels by catalyzing the production process.

Some recent research suggests that this is not so.

I would not necessarily consider the belief debunked at this point. If you are familiar with what happened with the soy/human estrogen studies then you already know why.

If you want to give it a shot then youll probably have to try growing it yourself. The products on the market are ridiculously priced, dont guarantee the strain used, and are of questionable concentrations (food reg, not pharmaceutical regs).

Not making any claims here, just responding to "any".
