Hey, A thought has been swirling through my head and I wnna let it out:
Are there any foods, minerals or vitamins that actually help the human produce or catalyze the male hormone we all now as Testosterone?
If anyone is or knows a nutritionist/herbalist, 1000 extra pints, I mean, points to you.
This is a serious question but I'll accept any & all replies.

I think you should be researching the things that "deplete" testosterone and try to avoid them. IOW's take care of yourself :)

Well I'm not sure which foods produce Testosterone, but you might want to stay away from pasta, kish and Starbucks. I don't observe much testosterone when I pass by places where these are served.
(Although some testosterone was used during the creation of this reply, none was injured during the process. The premise for this reply was not based on any individual in particlar. Any depictions seeming to reference men who frequent these places was purely unintentional. The owner of this forum is not reposible for this response. Warning: Those who find this type of humor to be somewhat funny may experience hair loss, rapid weight gain, frequent objections and the dreaded "can't get no respect syndrome".)

Oysters don't work. I ate a dozen yesterday at lunch and only used eleven of them last night.

Celery contains androsterone - odorless pheromone exudes when you sweat during/after exercise which women pick up on unconsciously.

in all seriousness, as Personal Trainer with Master's Degree, so I'm not really some muscle head....haha, not a steroid guy ever...the only thing that really will produce more testosterone is a healthy diet with ample protein and some good weight lifting / resistence training.......when you lift weights as opposed to cardio only, it signals the pituitary gland to produce more testosterone and human growth hormone at night.....that is the only way to keep testosterone ahd HgH levels higher as you get older....unless you want to get a shot of test. for 1000 bucks a shot....haha......

I like pasta too. I'm refering to the restuarants where different pasta dishes are about all they serve, and I'm not refering to Itallian restaurants.

ohhhhh...
yeah never been to one of those, but I am all about Buca Di Beppo's :)

Weight loss would be the most effective and safe way to accomplish this. Don't even think about taking testosterone. That will only make the problem worse over the long haul by causing testicular shrinkage. Don't smoke. Don't smoke. Don't smoke. That will harden the arteries to your privates. (and shorten your life by 15-20 years.) Avoid excessive alcohol intake. Otherwise, most of the advertised nostrums are absolutely worthless.
