Hey, A thought has been swirling through my head and I wnna let it out:
Are there any foods, minerals or vitamins that actually help the human produce or catalyze the male hormone we all now as Testosterone?
If anyone is or knows a nutritionist/herbalist, 1000 extra pints, I mean, points to you.
This is a serious question but I'll accept any & all replies.
*zips up asbestos suit*
Congratulations!
As for temptation, remember that smooth seas do not a skilled sailor make.
Oh, I'll definitely take raw oysters...mmmmmmmmmmmm
"Androstenedione is produced from DHEA in the body. It is said to be a direct testosterone precursor in the metabolic pathway from cholesterol through pregnenolone to DHEA to androstenedione to testosterone. The finding that blood serum androstenedione substantially increases from oral intake was important. For example, one possible outcome from taking oral androstenedione might have been no appreciable increase in blood serum levels."
And I do confess to have sailed right alongside rough seas at times...Yet GOD's Mercy is so abundant towards a sinner as me...
I suggest posting to about a hundred popular Internet forums and in each post include your email address.
Within about a week you'll get thousands of emails a day with "ehlpfull sugggestions".
They wash off, try it.
One of the most important things you can do to increase testosterone is to loose weight. Males tend to absorb estrogen in the fat cells.
Now here is a statement I'll get flamed for:
I lost 35 pounds on the Atkins Diet and my testosterone went up from 325 to 455 in 9 months and blood presure and cholestrol was down too. So based on my experience losing weight and high protien helps the process.
There are many problems for middle-aged men with low testostrone so it is something to attend to.
Works for me!
I just wanted the suggestions of all FReepers who read this...and clean, PG-Rated suggestions at that.
Well....I'm actually 21 years-old (about a month away from 22 years) and I do try to be physically active in whatever environment I'm in.
