But that's exactly what Kerry would want, because then he could fill the upper ranks with cronies and ass-kissers and George McClellan-type generals who'd keep demanding new weapons systems so that the Murthas of the world would continue to get defense contracts to steer to their friends, but would never want their military to actually fight.
I'm not going to stand up for the credibility of XNN, but they had video of what the reporter, who was there with the Allawi contingent, said was the Allawi faction being chased from a mosque with shoes being thrown at them. He said they all hightailed it to their cars and took off and shots were fired at the caravan, which they also filmed. Unless they made up the entire thing and provided fake film (a possibility maybe), I have to think this happened.
Lot of Lefties going to be really shocked to find out GW Bush is not runing in 2008 it would seem.
Barbara Boxer is a joke all by herself. She's got to be the stupidest woman in the world - well, maybe Maxine Waters or Barbara Lee could equal that and, aren't we lucky?, they're ALL from California!?!

I have no idea who the panelist was, but he was quite heated. The other panelists were very casual and relaxed. The event had something to do with the Liberty Film Festival, so perhaps he was a token leftie invited to participate for "balance."
He just showed how unbalanced he is.

That was my thinking as well but being English I do have a good excuse LOL.
Simple - if it is a truth the Liberal RATS cannot accept, the MSM buries it and that "truth" is never allowed to see the light of day. Hence the US Military has to put it our as though is is propaganda through paid purchases. The MSM will not allow "truth" to be published or broadcast unless it FITS THEIR AGENDA - OUST BUSH AT ALL COSTS, EVEN THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR MILITARY AND LOOSE IN IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN.
:) I wanted to see if Lugar was awake, which he was, sort of, and what Biden had to say. It was interesting. Biden is complaining that Bush does not have them all in to the White House once a week the way Clintoon did during Kosovo so he could partake of their wisdom and they could help run the war. As it does so often, it comes down to them not having their self-importance stroked. The last thing I would ever want is these bozos in there "helping" to run the war. Viet Nam anyone?
The media considers their Katrina coverage to be their finest hour since Watergate. I'd expect a lot more books like this one to be coming out, as the media takes victory laps for what they gave us as "news" about Katrina - people eating corpses to survive, tens of thousands of bodies floating in the streets, a city that would never be dried out again, toxic sludge and the cause of the flooding being Karl Rove blowing up the levees because he and George Bush hate blacks.
And they'll invent all-new Pulitzer categories to give them themselves even more awards over their coverage. Insanity.
Fox reporting on the shoe throwing and Dennis Ross (no comment) is opining that Mooktie is involved.
