Are people like Juan and Alan Colmes and the rest of the TV libs for real, or are they just taking their positions for sake of argument...I often wonder about that. Some times they sure don't seem to have a lot of conviction behind their ridiculous statements!

Murtha is a "war hero" according to the media too...Any truth to that?? Or the usual exaggeraged B.S.?

I have heard that he has never released his 180. I don't know if this is true, or even if he has ever been asked to do so. I would like to know the truth about this.

***** Ted Koppel, Nightline got FIRED from ABC Nightline after ABC got severe backlash from viewers. Now he talking to al jazeera about a job there.

My husband now works on the new "Nightline" and he swears up and down that Koppel retired, was not fired in any way shape or form. Got a link for the aj-jazeera item? (It's not that I find it unbelieveable, but would like a ref. Thanks.)

Please send your post to NBC and cc it to Fox, ABC, everybody in the Congress and every newspaper you can find. That is the only way we can get our opinions out. And odds are at most 2 papers may print it. But it is 100% true and it needs to be said to everybody.

It took him a looong time to get his wings. I don't think any other 3rd-from-the-bottom Academy grad has gotten through Pensacola air training. Could it be that being the son and grandson of admirals had something to do with his career path?

I often think that especially of Colmes because when he is not scoring points against Hanity he can seem quite reasonable, especially if there is a real anti American guest on he will join forces with Sean.

The night they read the names of dead soldiers, ABC got 89,000 emails - majority protesting. Ratings decline and some of the soldiers families were threatening to sue without permission from them reading their proud kin's name in a way slandering their mission.

Yeah, you could say he retired but the fact is if his show is successful, he would have been renewed. As for his Jazeera talk, refer to Observer (no link).

Because American "kids" come out to a military with a long history of hard won knowledge from decades of being a global superpower while Iraqi "kids" join a military being built from scratch. Because American "kids" come from a society where from birth they are trained to be free as opposed to "Iraqi" kids who grew up wondering if they would be ALIVE tomorrow. Because American "Kids" joined a military where some officers have more time IN COMBAT them most of the Iraqi Officers HAVE IN THE ARMY. Because American "Kids" join the military of the worlds lone superpower with all the wealth and infrastructure they need while Iraq kids joining the worlds newest army. Etc Etc ETC ETC ETC ETC ETC ETC.....

This is just another example of the Hysteric Left's psuedo-intellectualism. The slogan Russert spouts sound all wise and clever to the superficial and the ignorant. The statement is actually incredibility stupid. A person of Russert's supposed intellectual accomplishments should NOT being making such mind numbingly STUPID statements.
