Negative - this is a vote on passage. It's a vote on the adoption of the rule. It won't pass, I'm afraid, since four gutless Republicans have already voted against it.
If the Dems stay united, it will be close.

I can't stand listening to those calls from either side. The Dems are nonsensical and a lot of the "Republicans" make very poor counterarguments that frustrate me just about as much. Some of them probably aren't Republicans - certainly a lot of the seminar callers "I am a Republican but..."
