GOP Pulls Fast One... Tells Dems: Pull Troops Now? Okay, then let's vote!!!!! Tonight. 7 p.m. in House... Ultimate showdown...
I heard that -- Chris Matthews sucks -- his ego exceeds his girth -- his talk about the 'elite' who live on both coasts really ticked me off -- as if non one else in between is worth squat.
The mood is zero tolerance for those who want to put our military in more danger with their words and actions.
Merely a suggestion for you, Itz, using the Travis McGee/Czar preferred descriptor for our tiny band of pro-illegal alien loons.
I watched him on Letterman last night -- he really ticked me off with his global warming stuff -- why didn't Letterman ask him if how that 5000 year old ax handle got below the ice if we'd never had global warming before??? also, no one in congress or on the left is paying any attention to the science showing this is happening on Mars and may be related to the sun and not what we're doing here on Earth.. McCain is pandering to the environmentalists for the vote in '08.
I'm rather shocked at the outcome of the vote. The Dems got sandbagged by their own rhetoric. Needless to say, the pressure needs to stay strong so they know we're watching them.
The only politican who ever took the time to write back to me is Tom Tancredo, and I don't even live in his state! The senate is corrupt for the most part.
That's a great blog ! Thanks for posting it.. and it appears this investigation into Murtha isn't something just thought up this week but goes back a ways -- I LOVE the links to Pelosi -- can we investigate her while at it?
Welcome.
Was almost laughing about it, if it weren't so serious.
Too bad St.Chuck isn't going to pay for being a troll.
*sigh*
It is laughable isn't it. My how those three must feel today, almost nobody joining in. I wonder if their votes were cast early on, then nobody backed them. You gotta find some humor in that for sure.
"I have a lot of Family in Texas.
My Mother said that Texas would rise again.
Took a Senator. This a great day for Republicans"
Indeed it is a great day for Republicans and a Great Day for democracy in America.
BTW, my first visit to Texas was last March, San ANtonia. Since I was a 5 year old in Canada, I had wanted to visit the Alamo. What a deeply touching place. That spirit lives on in men like Johnson, and affects us all. I was deeply touched by his speech, and the effect his speech had on the House. Truth rang from his lips, and it was like a fresh breeze blowing across the net right into my room.
God Bless Texas and Representative Johnson and the freshman rep. from Ohio. Look what can be accomplished by just two people who have hearts dedicated to patriotism.
They stood tall against all the shorties on both sides of the aisle.Love em both!
Perhaps I'll move to San Antonio!

Let's all send her a note.
That's putting it mildly. A lot of us have gone way out on a limb for Weldon for him to pull that sh!t.
LOL. Email him again and send him the link!
Cynthia McKinney probably feels she has struck a blow against the imperialistic Americans to show solidarity with the poor oppressed terrorists.
*BARF!*
Serrano probably thought he had twenty people with him for certain.
Wexler probably thought he was ordering a burger.
*snicker*
It is beyond laughable and into the absurd.
But it has brought some laughs.
All too true, to be sure. Can you imagine voting for a person wigged out enough to vote for the stuff these three do? Here they are 3 against 400 on an issue this important, their views being this vile. Talk about the lunatic fringe...
You're thoughts on McKinney are probably very accurate. The comments on the others are funny, but probably true as well.
Burger... heh heh heh
democrats: "We vote No".
"I am a family member of a Soldier in Ramadi. He is a member of FR as well. I am sure the He and Kids of the Company AND I would LOVE to know who is back stabbing their efforts in Washington, and here on FR. They are going to come home when they finish it."
A question: Do the guys in Iraq have internet accesss? Can they follow this and other debates "live"? I love Rush's Adopt-a-Soldier idea. I know that hearing Rush each day will pick up morale amongst our guys and gals.
