Then we can start tallying the seats for 06. This is an unbelieveable political turnaround. While I wouldn't say they had Bush and the GOP on the ropes over the last three weeks, they certainly were the aggressors, and, as Rush says, the aggressor sets the rules.

Guess who set the rules tonight? But this was a big one, not some stupid stunt like Harry Reid closing down the Senate for a half hour. This is a political, ON-THE-RECORD VOTE that will have major ramifications, mostly bad for the Dems.
