Maybe it's time to revisit splitting California into two separate States.

Glad to see SanDiego voters get it this time.. ;-)

Yes, it is great! Our new mayor has a lot to turn around.
San Diego is the largest red county in the state.
The new mayor is aldo bringing in as a CEO Ronne Froeman
who has major adm. skills and a ret. Admiral.

we could solve a whole lot of issues with the greenies by passing HR25 and getting rid of the 501c3's which would cit off the funding for Sierra Club, etc...

--

We agree on that , for sure.

Yes. Close...and can still flip.

Still, the fact that it is losing...is HORRIBLE!

The first clue is clearL: whatever the pro life leadership is doing in California, it is failing.

If pointing that out makes me a bad guy, I'm glad to be a bad guy. And since I didn't see any other suggestions (other than repeating an underwhelming strategy), I think my opinion shouldn't be defensively dismissed.

Sorry if I hurt some feelings, but tough love is, in the end, love. :-)

It's going just like the last few national elections in Cali. Republican down a bit, but holding close only to get passed and eventially lose late in the evening by substantial margins.

Face it everyone - the trend has been down. The Titantic is half way out of the water (the optimistic view of the world), but it's still going down.

I think it's already split in two and gone beneath the waves.

While not a disastrous night for the GOP, it was clearly a bad one...

On the contrary...I think it was disastrous.

And I am sorry to have snapped at you during all this. It was unfair of me and I regret it. The mess we have here is not your fault and it was wrong of me to take it out on you. My apologies.

G-d bless the OC. Arnold's props are going in the 60s there. I spent the early evening there and everyone was conservative. It felt like heaven. Crossing back over the Orange Curtain into L.A. County, we are always in the minority.

The trendline is not good. For example, 75 was at 55% about 1.5 hours ago and has steadily declined to 49.9%. It hasn't had a blip upward. Steady, steady, down, even in the face of more Orange, Riverside, Kern, Ventura, Bernardino and Diego votes.

Hate to break facts to you, but LA has over 90% of its precints yet to report.

Los Angeles has a little more in than is being reported on the SoS website. You can see it here:

http://rrccmain.co.la.ca.us/0035_StateMeasure_Frame.htm

73 and 75 are both losing in LA County, but 73 is losing by less.

Heck, it may actually be a good place to move to when and if we ever retire if that trend continues. ;-)

The Alameda returns are just insane. With 30% of precincts reporting 67.8% are voting no on both Prop. 73 and 75.

75 is trailing by less than two hundred votes, it would seem.

20,000 votes now.

Sadly, pointing out this crystal clear truth is proving too much for some.
