Nuance? Um, how about the fact that Legislative filibusters are CONSTITUTIONAL, and JUDICIAL FILIBUSTERS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! There are seven instances in which the U.S. Constitution says are justified. Judicial filibusters are NOT one of those seven, therefore they are UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! mccain just lied for Pete's sake.

The Libby case was about Libby "lying" during an investigation of a case that shouldn't have been brought...

More specifically, (allegedly) lying to investigators (he is free to lie his ass off to reporters, before, during and after) about information that is material to figuring out the source of information published in the Novak column.

What is puzzling though, is that the WH could have made the same argument raised by 36 news organizations, and it (the WH) could have done so with knowledge of the facts. But it didn't. Why not? Why did the WH permit the investigation when it knew beyond any doubt whatsoever that 50 USC 421 had not been violated, even if the WH was the source. Was it fear of political embarrassment? If so, it was silly, because what it has now is embarrassment delayed and magnified.

AT least Hannity pointed that out but then didn't make mccain answer the fact he was wrong. Judicial filibusters are NOT justified. GOD we need a REAL CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN to replace him in Arizona.

I remember hearing Victoria Toensing tell Sean that the status of whether Plame was undercover, thus establishing a possible "crime" was supposed to be done BEFORE the investigation by Fitzy...

IF he had not determined an outing...there would have not been an investigation...

HE screwed up, by not establishing a crime to investigate, IMHO.

mccain talks about character? Does he talk about the fact that when he got back from being a POW in Vietnam for YEARS that he later divorced his wife who WAITED FOR HIM ALL THOSE YEARS he was a POW, because she got sick or injured and disfigured badly in a car wreck (I can't remember which it was), so he left her and then married some barbie doll tramp show wife??? Someone who does that has no character as far as I'm concerned. That's what newt did nad he has no character either as far as I'm concerned.
