I caught the end of that segment..boxer said that that this is an important seat..because it is the O'Connor seat..not the Reinquist seat..did I miss a meeting..where in the Constitution is it written that seats are named after a person?? It just isn't there..but neither are judicial filibusters..but that has never stopped dems before..

I just heard her. She is unbelievably stupid.It's a freudian slip. She wants SCOTUS to make law when it's liberal activism. She doesn't want them to make law when all they do is intrepret the consitituion because that doesn't help then libs.
