I caught the end of that segment..boxer said that that this is an important seat..because it is the O'Connor seat..not the Reinquist seat..did I miss a meeting..where in the Constitution is it written that seats are named after a person?? It just isn't there..but neither are judicial filibusters..but that has never stopped dems before..
