My point was that the leaks say that libby testified that he heard about Plame from a journalist. Not from Cheney.
The notes came from a meeting with Cheney. He is being indicted for not revealing the notes. Doesn't make sense.
A trial would be the Wilsons and the RATs worst nightmare because Libby and his legal team will then have discovery power. They (RATs) are going to wish they had not gone down this road.
How many people in this Country if you asked them who Libby was would even know or care for that fact?
Would say that Rove is cooperating with the investigation and is still part of it but is not the target except by the RATs and the media. No other reason for them to ask him to keep his testimony secret.
As far as I'm concerned he has never lost it. Anyone who tells the truth about phony Joe Wilson and his wife are heroes to me.
After what the Beeb tried to do to Tony Blair, I don't think they want to go there. Especially with Oil For Food still in the news.

Yes the witnesses can say what they want, only anyone that is a witness has NO CLUE as to what Libby or Rove testified about, and I doubt Rove and Libby are the ones leaking. And how could a witness be leaking that Libby WILL be indicted? The only one who can leak that there is an indictment is someone who is connected to the grand jury and therefore forbidden by law to leak such info. The stories of indictments has been coming for several days now, so some one is leaking accurate or inaccurate info.

I know what you mean. Hopefully his trial will be swift and fair. Tom DeLay is in the same situation, if not worse. I don't know anything about Fitzgerald, but Ronnie Earle is nothing more than a political hack abusing his power and needs to be stopped.

Regarding Libby's note to Miller, he could also receive an indictment for obstruction of justice for the leading language that he used -- saying that he knows she'll agree with other reporters that he didn't leak Plame's identity.
You can't lose it if you didn't have it in the first place.
