Yes the witnesses can say what they want, only anyone that is a witness has NO CLUE as to what Libby or Rove testified about, and I doubt Rove and Libby are the ones leaking. And how could a witness be leaking that Libby WILL be indicted? The only one who can leak that there is an indictment is someone who is connected to the grand jury and therefore forbidden by law to leak such info. The stories of indictments has been coming for several days now, so some one is leaking accurate or inaccurate info.
