Miller may be indicted but I just heard that Wilson's lawyers will be speaking. Why would Wilson's Lawyer be speaking about the case when the charges aren't about the disclosure and Rove is still "under investigation"?

Bingo on Martha Stewart. With her, it was the coverup attempt as well as the lie that got her.
Not to mention that she was a licensed broker in a highly regulated industry and on the board of governors of the NYSE. She certainly new better.
There may be others (reporters) who are indicted, too. As much as I'd like to see Matt Cooper and Judith Miller do the perp walk, it's unseemly to indict someone for perjury for covering up a noncrime.
It could be that Fitz goes in front and basically gives a weak case to the GJ and says, "Indict if you want to."
But this is scary stuff. Somebody can gin up an investigation of any non-crime and get indictments on perjury just by asking enough questions about obscure conversations long in the past.
Is perjury hard to prove?.....isn't it like *he said, she said* type of deal?.......it would have to mean that Fitz takes the word of a reporter over Libby....grrrrrrrrrrr.

Good point. If his intent was to deceive, he wouldn't have handed over the notes. Plus, as someone suggested earlier, it's possible that BOTH statements could be true, if he heard from someone in the press BEFORE he heard it from the VP. So... how could any reasonable SP and GJ interpret this as grounds to indict somebody?
