Fox says Libby will be indicted today for lying to the grand jury about who told him of Plame's identity. Libby says a reporter told him, his notes indicate that Cheney told him. This according to Carl Cameron of Fox News.Yep. That's what the AP Newswire was saying a few hours ago.

I just don't understand how a lawyer like Libby, while being advised by other top lawyers, could have made a dumb mistake like this. It's really hard to believe that he got himself indicted for false GJ testimony. I'm amazed by this if it's true.

If I were on the grand jury, I would strongly object to any extension, But then, you're probably not a retired DC school teacher, on a nice pension, getting an extra $40 a day to be on a grand jury and be all important and brag to your church ladies about how you scolded the White House.
