Reid and Pelosi's statments had nothing to do with the actual indictments....nothing

No surprise there

Really? Then explain to me why Joe didn't have to sign a non-disclosure form, never filed a written report and was able to write an article ABOUT the very subject that his wife is engaged in."

But he asked the wrong question.

This investigation should never have even have gotten to the point of trying to learn who said what to whom in June, 2003, because:

1. Plame doesn't fall under the class of people covered by the law.

2. She was already "outed" long before the events in question.

He really stepped in it by claiming the underlying "crime" was a violation of the Espionage Act.

NO ONE, NOBODY has ever been prosecuted for "leaking" under the espionage act! It's almost a hundred year old law. Why is that?

That is ludicrous, and would give Bush a perfect excuse to pardon Libby.

Fitzgerald is a runaway prosecutor. Unreal.

David Corn is asking a question...why does he need to ask a question when he has an iv leaking directly into his left arm from the CIA.

Many of these people have asked 3-4 questions... this is unreal. He loves this spotlight.

The reporters' subdued questions might be not only that they're finding his "narrative" puzzling, but also that they are beginning to realize that by indicting Libby, 3 of THEIR OWN will be under oath on the witness stand in the coming trial. LOL

The bureaucracy is eating itself.

Clinton's perjury was important because it disclosed how Bubba's team handled numerous investigations. Bribes, intimidation, lies, and more. The man was attempting to deny a woman her day in court.

Here there may not have been a crime to hide but Fitz (not covert and the media may have already known the detail) but there may have been perjury. I thought the media had many experts who said that people don't get charged with perjury.

Right. But that won't stop the media from slanting the story toward his sainthood.

From the indictment:"Prior to July 14, 2003, Valerie Wilson’s affiliation with the CIA was not common knowledge outside the intelligence community."

My understanding is that this woman has been driving to work at Langley for the past 7 years or so.

Now I don't know about Langley but at the military bases I served on we had to have stickers on our cars to gain entry without headaches.

That sticker on my car made it common knowledge that I was either in the Army or I worked there as a civilian.

I can't imagine that Langley doesn't do the same.

Anybody know for sure?
