Some members of the media know who disclosed the relation.
Patrick Fitzgerald doesn't care how many people knew. He is only focused on proving that Libby "knew" and did knowingly disavow knowing before a point in time.
That leaks CONTINUE show what a joke this investigation is. It is a show trial. Couldn't get Rove though.

We might have DUmmie suicides afterall.

So - if Libby had told the grandJ that he fibbed to Timmy.R to help spread the truth - then he's off the hook?
I am convinced he and Rove wants their day in court. I will love seeing J.Wilson and RebelYellin' DrDean swearing out whilst their hand on is on the bible.
DrDean's hand will start smoking.... but that's another story.

Keep him talking ... My thoughts exactly. He seems to want them to keep asking him questions! That can't be wise on his part.

ABC News on the radio just "reported" that Libby has been indicted for outing a CIA agent, five counts, etc. etc. Honest to God.

Question:
Covert vs. classified.
Fitz: If national defense info which is involved because of her affiliation with the CIA, if the information was intentionally transmitted,
I couldn't follow the rest. It made NO sense. None.

Fitzgerald is a LIAR!
There is NOTHING in the espionage act that covers what happened here.
That is specifically guarded against.
He is a LIAR!!!!

OMG...I can't take it anymore....
Reid and Pelosi's statments had nothing to do with the actual indictments....nothing.

You are right about that. As merely a viewer, I can feel the press mood changing from "what story do you have to report?" to "what are you, some kind of nut?" The room as cooled to this guy as he has plowed forward with his machine-gun speech and circular arguments.

Thank you! You are so right -- you would be in trouble for reporting For Official Use Only (FOUO) not to mention Confidential, Secret, and Top Secret. Why would anyone in the WH say anything at all about someone from the CIA to a reporter? That makes no sense at all to me.
CIA has always been off limits in naming people that work for them. Know that from experience working for the AF.
