I have been following this aspect of the story. There are several people saying what diGenova is saying. I have the utmost respect for Joe and Victoria (Toensing). They are a sharp, powerful, in-the-loop couple. I only hope that Fitzgerald is as sharp as they are in sniffing such treachery out.

It got worse after that with Major Garrett talking about Cheney having to testify at a Libby trial. Although Garrett did say that Rove is in the clear from all speculation of attorneys.
Fox is no better than CNN and only turned the TV on because someone said Cheney was speaking -- this was a scheduled speech not a speech to comment on the GJ.
That was an expectation from several weeks ago. Reality may differ greatly from this expectation.
