I think JRB is absolutely the best answer for this administration at this time.

A smart, experience, black, conservative female would be much harder for the MSM and the democrats to attack.

With all that has happened, Bush may be able to actually get a much more conservative justice like JRB confirmed, since the base is so galvanized...

I supported Miers solely on her being born-again, but what has transpired has happened for a reason. I am certainly not disappointed she withdrew.

May God be with the high court.

Damn straight, Mike. I'll be fuming even harder if he doesn't pick a rock ribbed conservative this time, and JRB is my personal favorite as well.

Judge Robert Bork? Sounds good to me!
I know, you're thinking of that "other" JRB, but I just had to have my fun.

I hear you. The bad news is Senate Judiciary Chair Scottish Law (who opposes anyone who got the pardon from the filibuster getting a better court seat) and former Pubbie "Leader" Cave-A-Lott (who opposes conservative Justices "at this time") have already lined up against her.

Oh well; damn the RINOs and the RATs; Full Brown Ahead! 51 votes is a majority in any case.

J.R.B would be the PERFECT choice.

That is why Bush will not appopint her. For some reason, Marxist Harry Reid is now a Bush "advisor". Where has Bush's spirit gone? The spirit of the Constitution?

That pussy Senator Lott (RINO-Miss.) said that Bush will not appoint J.R.B. (nor Pricilla Owen) so as to "avoid a fight". This pacifist thinking is cowardly. The RATs are at war with the Constitution and the Republican Party--why does Bush sleep with the enemy?

Yes! J.R.B. and, George Bush be damned if he doesn't (or Luttig or Jones ).

I'm with you on that pick, Michael. JRB is a true conservative who knows Constitutional law.
