A majority would vote for a Democrat over President Bush if an election were held this year, according to a CNN/USA Today/Gallup Poll released Tuesday.
In the latest poll, 55 percent of the respondents said that they would vote for the Democratic candidate if Bush were again running for the presidency this year.

Really?
Additionally this poll pits Dubya against a mythical rat candidate...not Shrillery, Gore, Kerry, or Dean. Now add in the usual LSM poll tampering and spin, and this story is not only irrelevant but it could actually lower the reader's intellegence.
...George Soros had more money.
...Hillary Clinton had a penis.
...John Kerry had a penis.
...MoveOn.org moved on.
...Dan Rather had a Selectric.
...Algore knew who Anita Broadrick is.
WHERE DO THESE PEOPOLE COME FROM???????? jAKE
Holy hell, mother of God...why do they keep doing this to themselves? The DNC press corps can only run a phantom election held during a trying time of a Presidency?? Well, no schitt. Too bad this is'nt a campaign and an actual Presidency or boy, oh boy.
DNC press corps is stretching, stretching, I think they are about to snap.
Public Screwels. aka Gooberment Indoctrination Camps.
ROTFLMAO. Because it's just about true.
SOOOOOO what. Pathetic idiots in the MSM trying another propaganda tool. I almost sent LS on CBS and congrats on her reporting helping the Islamodfascist. She jumped to the calling of Zahwahiri.
ROFLMAO! I can't believe cnn thinks this means anything. This aint news...it's fairy stories.
Who cares ? W isn't going to run again .
We need to find a good , conservative successor, IMHO .
Sorry cnn....there are no do-overs in Presidential elections. Morons.

Shoulda-woulda-coulda-oughta-mighta-if.........the playground of children, idiots and leftists!!!
LOL: . . . a poll that purports to predict voting behavior based on a survey of 'ADULTS ONLY' vs 'LIKELY VOTERS' -- too funny!.
[FYI: In keeping with its recently revised 'weighting' methodology, Gallup is currently oversampling Democrats/Democrat-leaning Independents!]
IMPORTANT TIDBITS FROM A FLAWED POLL:
1.) The President's job approval rating is UP -- Given the poll's overweighting of Democrats/Democrat-leaning Independents, this result serves to underscore THE PRESIDENT'S CONTINUED STRENGTH AMONG REPUBLICANS!
2.) The percentage of respondents who believe the Iraq War was a mistake DROPPED BY 10 POINTS!
"These polls are now a case of OCD for the MSM. They have to remind us each week that we shouldn't like Bush and he is a failure. Yet a poll of 800-1000 represents the sentiment of a nation? Hardly. When these push polls come out the titles are so misleading. It should read "a poll of 800 people feel Bush is doing lousy" Not "America now convinced Bush is lousy" When a nation is polled it is called an election."
Your comments are so insightful, they deserve a second post!
So would Hillary .. what's the point ..??
OOPS, I FORGOT . . . THE CNN/GALLUP/USATODAY POLL CALLED THE 2004 ELECTION PRECISELY -- NOT! [FYI: Gallup called the election for Kerry . . . I guess they're still trying!]
BTW: I wonder what such a poll would have discovered about President Reagan in late 1981, 1982 and 1983 when he averaged a job approval rating of 44% for each of the latter two years!
But these same polls showed Bush lost both times he ran, and he is not running for anything any more!
Too bad, so sad. :-)
Anybody that was still breathin'.........
You're more picky than I would be.
