I hope you have some altoids!
You are correct with both terms. The elitist charge was in response to her educational and non-judicial background.
The sexist charge was absolutely ridiculous, I concur.
maybe some beano too
Rush is absolutely white hot today, he may not take a caller all three hours!
That refers to ANY man's addiction! How many single men duck hunt?
You seem to have forgotten that she was also called a lesbian.....are those posts archived?
Ham fisted White House arm twisting machine?? ROFL
Gee, looks like Drudge took the bait. Here's a new post. Looks like the lady had a change of heart ala Reagan.

My goodness, where would we be if the MSM still had a lock on the info. It is chilling to think of it.
I keep getting ready to leave to the computer for a bit to do some work. You are right, He's doing great. I can't leave. LOL!
This is like a show from early 94 before the GOP took the house from the libs!
Finally, a medic...
Coulter called Miers a "leagal secretary and a cleaning lady". She said she came from second rate school and had no intellect. A poster yesterday posted to me yesterday that Miers didn't go to the "right school".
The White House called the attacks what it was elitism and sexism.
Maybe it's a case of it depends on the definition of "is", but, I call it snobbery and sexism too.
I am sad to say I agree with your assessment. We must be honest if we ever hope to fix what ails us. I am angry at Rush for suffering from Miers Derangement Syndrome, instead of serving as the voice of reason. He followed the leads of people who ARE elitist (people who have enjoyed popularity because of OUR support), snobs who spent the last week trying to excuse and justify their responses, people who have the luxury of blogging themselves into frenzies all day instead of working at real jobs like the other 99.5 percent of us.
Rush IS trying to spin this away, and his message of unity was needed last week when he should have been encouraging the snobs to put a sock in it. Now the damage is done, we've been threatened and embarrassed and shivved by the punditocracy who do NOT speak for "conservatives", can't admit when they're wrong, won't admit they blew it, and it just really stinks, because it's not going to exactly be sanitized by a few glib cliches now.
I just sent Drudge an email and told him to stop jumping the gun.
The great Maja Rushie is finally back...I think hearing Laura Ingraham's show today finally pushed him over the edge
Actually, I am considering not listening to certain anti-Bushies...because THEY are acting like children.
They are stamping their feet...and saying "WE worked to hard for this nomination to trust it to Bush!"...hmmmm
I actually heard Laura Ingraham say to a caller today, after the caller voted FOR giving Miers the chance to go to the hearing instead of pulling her nomination now...
Laura said to the caller, "Well then, I suppose you also love the fact that he doesn't care about the border or runaway spending, don't you?" Boy, that is a real mature way to talk, isn't it?
So, see---it is the over the top antis...that are dragging everything they don't like about Bush into THIS arguement...not the freepers...
I dare say that I haven't read a post from one freeper that would say that they have agreed 100% with everything that Bush has/has not done....yet, we don't let that affect our opinion of him as a person...or his overall job done as POTUS...
Laura pushed me over the edge. She is one bitter person these days, and I had been a huge fan of hers for years.
